Delivery & Returns


We currently only ship to the UK Mainland and aim to process all orders, within 3 - 5 working days of purchase.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email notification to advise that your items are on there way.

If in the unlikely event, your order will take longer to be sent out to you, we will contact you to let you know. 

Some items maybe out of stock or discontinued. In this instance you will contacted to advise whether you would like to cancel the order or wait until the item is back in stock.

Some products are shipped directly from our supplier. If your order has multiple items they may not all ship to you together. Products shipped directly from our suppliers may take a little longer to ship, however we will keep you up to date with the expected delivery date should this happen.

The maximum delivery time we quote is for our furniture which is 'Made To Order', estimating 7-9 Weeks delivery time due to the nature of the order.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details on completion of your purchase at checkout, as we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage of the items in accordance with your delivery instructions (Unless the shipping error was our mistake) 

We are unable to offer a refund if an incorrect delivery address was entered up on checkout.

Priced at checkout - Large Furniture Items: Dining tables, Sideboards etc. 

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £150 - UK mainland only

Delivery charges are subject to change and vary dependent on the item you purchase (usually due to the weight or size of the item).

You will always be made aware of delivery charge, particularly if this varies from our standard charge (within the product description and once you get to the 'checkout').

Pre-Order Items

Should you place an order for a "pre-order" item, any items placed within the same order will be sent when your full order is available. If you'd like any 'in stock' items to be sent out immediately an additional postage charge will apply. Just contact us to make the request.

Click & Collect: Order online and we will send you an email when your order is ready to collect. You can come and collect it anytime during our Shop opening times; Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-4:30pm


We hope that your are delighted with your purchase but if you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your request for a return. Items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with it's original packaging. Please note, the original delivery costs are non refundable. Postage for returns are at the customers cost.

Please note: it is highly recommended to purchase courier insurance when returning items, and for the items to be securely packaged. We cannot be liable for any damages during transit for returns and a claim would need to be made with your courier should this happen. We cannot refund items which arrive to us damaged.

Large item & Furniture Returns

If not suitable, standard items can be returned to us for a full refund assuming they are in perfect condition, are unused and are in their original undamaged packaging.  Please note, items that have been assembled or part assembled are none returnable.  

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke orders are non-returnable and cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged during transit.

Damaged items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately at and do not dispose of the damaged item or the packaging that your order arrived in. Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item and the packaging that your order arrived in, for us to make a claim.

Photo's required: An image of the damaged item and an clear image of the packaging including the box that your order arrived in. 

Please ensure you unpack and check your order as soon as it arrives inspecting large items and furniture as soon as they are received. We cannot make a claim for damaged items if you do not let us know within 48 hours of receipt.

Please note that when viewing images of products online, colours can appear slightly differently from monitor to monitor, and on mobile phone screens depending on the device and it's settings. We cannot arrange a return on the basis of a how a products colour appears on your own screen. However you can return a product for a refund if it is not suitable at the your own expense.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
